What is OEM Quality?

We classify the quality of our spare parts as OEM quality, appointing we source our parts from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) in Europe specialized in the production of specific engine components and supply these to engine builders worldwide. As a result, all our parts are made and developed by leading specialists, allowing us to guarantee the quality of our spare parts as equivalent to that of the original and fully interchangeable.

What is the delivery time for my order?

With a wide range of OEM parts in stock, our aim is to have your goods packed and ready for shipment within 48 hours. After receiving your shipping instructions, we ensure our logistic partners transport your goods the quickest way possible.

*For items not in stock, we do our utmost to deliver on your requested date of arrival.

WHICH TRANSPORT METHODS CAN BE USED FOR MY SHIPMENT?

We can deliver your goods according to all INCO terms. Whether you want to arrange pick-up from our warehouse or you would like us to arrange your transport, your order will always be delivered as per your instructions. Through our logistic partners we can ship your goods via road, sea or air transport.

WHAT PAYMENT CONDITIONS ARE ACCEPTED?

 

Generally we process your first purchase orders with payment in advance to build towards a mutual agreement with a more suitable payment method for your organization*. Before determining which payment condition can be applied for your organization in the future, we need to perform a credit check on your organizations’ financial situation and payment behavior.

*If 100% prepayment is not accepted in your organization, we can be flexible and adapt a more flexible payment condition.

WHAT WARRANTY WILL BE APPLICABLE ON MY PURCHASED SPARE PARTS?

A 12-month warranty is provided on your spare parts after delivery. This warranty is valid provided parts are installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions and the installation is run under normal operational conditions as per the manufacturer’s specifications.

DO YOU PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT?

Yes. We offer technical support in various ways. Our team has extensive technical knowledge about your engine and they can give you detailed advice on all your spare parts needs. Technical support can also be obtained from the OEM manufacturers, as well as from our worldwide network of sales and technical assistance. We will always strive to answer your technical questions to full satisfaction.
