Our purchasing team procures in large batches, ensuring high stock availability for each engine type.
Quality inspection
For incoming products strict procedures apply. The OEM manufacturers are responsible for the complete product quality inspection and hands over certified documentation where we can check if the delivered parts are compliant with the agreed product specifications. To benefit incoming inspection, our own metrological department is able to conduct quality control inspection on the parts by testing critical factors with calibrated measuring tools.
Warehouse
To ensure the best preservation of the spare parts, we have established clear procedures for storage in our warehouse. All incoming spare parts are professionally stored in our state-of-the-art warehouse where special attention is paid to critical storage criteria to keep your parts in optimal condition.
Packaging
Professional care is given to the method of packing. Intelligent software indicates where parts are located throughout the warehouse to compile orders in a fast, efficient and error-free way. Your orders are packed using best packaging materials only. Also care is given to customer-specific requirements in terms of packing. In order to be absolutely certain you receive all parts in perfect condition.
